- Listed ticket prices include a non-discountable fee (up to $4 per ticket and $8 per package).
- The DSSO is not responsible for any tickets purchased through third-party ticket sellers. Tickets purchased anywhere other than the DSSO Box Office or DSSO Website may not be valid for admission.
- Military & First Responder Discount applies to active-duty military, reserves, retirees, National Guard, veterans, and military spouses and dependents, as well as active and retired police officers, sheriffs, state troopers, EMTs, paramedics, 911 dispatchers, corrections officers, federal officers, and career and active volunteer firefighters. Any person using a Military & First Responder Ticket must meet the eligibility criteria. Discount limited to two (2) tickets per concert per transaction. The DSSO reserves the right to check identification to confirm eligibility.
- Student Discount applies to children up to age 18 and persons of any age who are actively enrolled at an accredited higher education institution. Any person using a Student Ticket must meet the eligibility criteria. The DSSO reserves the right to check identification to confirm eligibility.

- Late seating is not guaranteed after the start of a performance. Ushers will work to seat late patrons between movements, unless otherwise directed by the music director. If you are seated after the start of the performance, it may not be in your purchased seats until intermission begins. If late seating is unable to be accommodated, you will be asked to wait in the hall lobby.
- In the event of a cancellation of a concert, ticket refunds may be issued at the discretion of management.
- If a concert is cancelled due to inclement weather, an announcement will be made by 3:00 PM on the day of the concert.
*Arrangements to exchange tickets must be made before the performance start time. Ticket exchanges are subject to availability. Unused ticket credit may not be transferred between seasons and expires in June. Expired balances will be processed as tax-deductible contributions.
