Ticket Exchanges
Individual concert tickets are unable to be exchanged for another performance. Season ticket holders are the only exception – a season ticket holder may exchange or bank their tickets for a future performance within the same season.

Programming and guest artists are subject to change.

Late Seating
Late seating is not guaranteed after the start of a performance. Ushers will work to seat between movements, unless otherwise directed by the music director or artistic director. If you are seated after the start of the performance, it may not be in your purchased seats until intermission begins. If late seating is unable to be accommodated, you will be asked to wait in the hall lobby – viewing screens are available.

Inclement Weather
Concerts are typically not cancelled due to inclement weather, but in the case a concert is cancelled, it will be announced by 3 pm the day of a concert.

Ticket Sales
All Ticket Sales are Final.

• Please ensure your order is accurate PRIOR to the completion of the transaction with a box office staff member or online.
• No refunds will be given on unused tickets.
• In the event of a cancellation of a show, a ticket refund may be issued at the discretion of management.
• We are not responsible for any tickets purchased through 3rd party ticket sellers. Tickets purchased anywhere other than the DSSO Box Office may not be valid for admission.
