We close our season with a celebration of singing. From Jessie Montgomery’s exploration of the U.S. anthem, Banner, we move to Copland’s classic Old American Songs. Finally, we close our season with Beethoven’s towering Symphony No. 9, ending with the iconic Ode to Joy. Featuring the DSSO, the DSSO Chorus and a quartet of vocal soloists, our performance marks the end of the DSSO’s Beethoven Project.
