Tchaikovsky and Beethoven – two of the giants of orchestral music are featured on this breathtaking concert. From the first entrance of our guest pianist, Marika Bournaki, we know where we are headed: This is music that is bold, determined and full of conviction. We continue down this path of uncompromising musical ideas with Beethoven’s revolutionary Symphony No.3. Dedicated to “the memory of a great man”, Beethoven called it the Eroica Symphony, the heroic symphony.
