Groups of 10 people or more receive a 25% discount when they purchase tickets. Group ticket purchasers must call the Patron Services Manager at 218-623-3772 to receive this discount. We will work with you as best as possible to get all seats in the same area. All group tickets must be purchased at the same time using one form of payment. Additional tickets required after the initial purchase will be sold at regular ticket prices. Not applicable for special pops concerts or youth orchestra concerts.
School and youth groups get even better savings! Any school or youth group can get a group discount of $10 per person for select concerts. Please call the Patron Services Manager at 218-623-3772 for more information on the DSSO’s student/youth group discount. Not applicable for special pops concerts or youth orchestra concerts.
Give the gift of music! A DSSO gift certificate is the perfect gift for the music lovers in your life and always a perfect fit. Gift certificates are available in any denomination. Stop in the DSSO office or call 218-623-3776 to purchase.

Single tickets can be ordered 24/7 via www.ticketmaster.com and searching for Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra or via telephone with Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000.
Payment. All ticket orders must be paid in full before they can be processed. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, VISA, checks and cash as payment.
Refunds & Exchanges. There are no refunds or exchanges on single ticket purchases. Interested in finding out how you can refund or exchange tickets? Contact us for more information.
Voucher/Gift Certificates. Gift certificates must be exchanged in person at the Symphony office no later than the last business day before a concert. Gift vouchers may be exchanged either in person at the Symphony office of at the DECC Box Office at the Symphony "Will Call" window starting two hours prior to the performance start time. Tickets cannot be held for gift vouchers or gift certificates via telephone orders.
Lost/Misplaced Tickets. If you lose your tickets, the Symphony would be happy to reprint those tickets for you for a $5 fee per ticket. We can only reprint tickets that were purchased directly from the Symphony office. We are pleased to offer free reprinting of lost tickets for our season ticket holders.
Will Call. Because we want to ensure you have your tickets for a show, tickets ordered one week or less from a concert date will be held at will call. Those tickets can be picked up during our normal business hours or you can pick those tickets up the day of the concert at the DECC ticket office. Please let the DECC staff know that you purchased your tickets through the Symphony office.
